Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Rudi’s Girls aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Unless specified in the listing all our orders are made to order and take 3 to 5 business days to make.  Once your items is made, it will ship within 3-5 business via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We only ship packages out Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or other delivery agencies.  If you have not received your item(s) after 12 days, please notify info@rudisgirls.com with your order number.  

Also, our shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out the online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unless specified in the listing our items are custom made and therefore will only qualify for refund if the item itself is flawed, if the error is made on our part, or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.
 

If there's an issue with your product, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date.  We will notify you of instructions on how to return your item via e-mail.  
 

Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates unless it is our error.
