Why Wellness
For the sake of being transparent, wellness was something we took for granted. Of course, we cared about our physical health, but we kept pushing ourselves. When one of our parents faced health issues we soon realized how the mental stress impacted our physical bodies, emotions and actions. After many trips to the emergency room for anxiety feelings, and discomfort or minor pain, sleepless nights and worry days, we searched for tools to help manage our lifestyle better.

During our search we learned that the history of wellness wasn’t new. In fact, it has been used for centuries in Asian, Greek and Roman cultures. Most of these practices focused on holistic approaches to achieving balance and harmony in life. Even in today’s challenging environment many of these approaches are still true. In addition to learning about wellness we learned that essential oils can be used for a wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications.

So, what are essential oils?
Essential oils are the essence of a plant, a gift from the earth, distilled and prepared for you to bring the power of nature into your home. Inside many plants—hidden in roots, seeds, flowers, bark—are concentrated, highly potent chemical compounds. These natural compounds are essential oils.
Essential oils give a plant its scent, protect it from hazardous environmental conditions, and even assist it with pollination, among other important functions and benefits.

Now, we aren’t experts, but we have enjoyed using these products as they have helped us over the last six month tremendously. Therefore, we wanted to share with our family, friends and customers what we learned.
